Built as a replica of the gorgeous Suzuki Isle of Man TT racers ridden by pilots like Danny Shimmin, this Suzuki T20 (also known as the Super Six) is a rare find.

The T20 was introduced in 1965 as a completely new design. The 250cc two-stroke parallel twin was good for just shy of 30 horsepower and a top speed over 90 miles per hour – this combined with excellent handling made it competitive against much bigger bikes in production-machine based racing.

This specific Suzuki T20 Production Racer Replica is in good running order though there’s currently an issue with the clutch not disengaging – the seller says he’ll have it sorted out by the end of the auction. Many parts for this build were sourced from the UK, like the seat from well known specialists Crooks Suzuki. The bike has been bored one over and has new barrels and heads on a new rebuild. Everything on the bike is claimed to work (except for the clutch, I guess) and it starts on the second or third kick. All this said, this bike is a show winner – it won 1st in class in the 2014 Dania Beach Vintage Motorcycle Show.
