A couple of weeks ago, I shared a “Video Intermission” about the McLean Monocycle. I thought it’d be fun to share and frankly, I assumed I’d never actually be able to feature one for sale. I’m glad to say I’m wrong – here’s your chance to snag one of these rarities!
This crazy contraption is the brainchild of Kerry McLean, who built a small number of monowheels (the seller claims 8 but I’d like to see another source on that) with engines ranging from a lawnmower unit to a Buick V8! For more information, check out this page dedicated to Kerry and his creations.
This specific McLean Monocycle comes with a trailer and nto much information about it. This looks to be one of the smaller units that’s powered by a 5 horsepower Briggs & Stratton lawnmower engine. The seller claims he/she has about $6,000 into it but now it’s time for someone else to enjoy. Have fun getting a plate for it!
