This Honda Interceptor VFR750F Racer was a AMA Superbike racer as soon as it was bought new in ’85. The original owner got one of the first 3 HRC “Power-Up” Kits and then raced it until 1990, where it stayed in climate controlled storage for 22 years. Now it’s ready to go back to racing.
Apparently the original owner had access to “factory team only” parts and was maintained by former Honda Factory mechanics when it was competing. After coming out of storage in 2012, the current owner bought the bike and plenty of spares, then had it refurbished by International Motorbikes before having a shakedown at Road Atlanta and AHRMA practices at Road America and Barber. It hasn’t been raced yet – so get on it!
This specific Honda Interceptor VFR750F racer comes with extensive spares include a fresh spare engine, lots of NW1 and NW6 parts, and of course the crazy amount of HRC parts that are currently on the bike.
