I adore police bikes, and this classic Harley is a beautiful example of an ex-California Highway Patrol motorcycle. Too bad the pictures are all so tiny.
This specific Harley (VIN: 38U4560) was acquired from a collector in non-running condition. The seller completely rebuilt the engine from the crank out, and now it runs great. Receipts for the work are included, and the foot siren ‘works like a charm.’ Since the restoration (which apparently took over $40k), this bike has never seen ethanol based fuel.
