Ending Soon – 197x Chaparral T95

In America, Less than 5k, Off-Road, Small Displacement by Abhi1 Comment

In the 70s, snowmobile manufacturer Chaparral saw how popular dirt bikes were becoming, and wanted to get in on the craze. Among other models, they made a pull-start mini called the T95. The 96cc 2-stroke Fuji motor was good for 6 horsepower, and wet weight was just 130 pounds. Don’t get too excited, though – the infinitely variable torque converter transmission and 3″ of suspension travel ensured that it wouldn’t be a market leader.

The seller isn’t 100% sure what the year of manufacture for this bike is – his estimate is between ’72 and ’74. It starts and runs, though the side panel may not be original. The seller is including a vintage Chaparral helmet and an original marketing catalog that was apparently signed by a Chaparral executive. The seller is also throwing in a rough condition 100cc Chaparral bike as well. Find this Chaparral for sale in Oneida, Wisconsin with bidding up to $750 here on eBay.
