The seller doesn’t give many details about this bike in the listing, but it’s apparently a former AMA Superbike racer that was campaigned by Koegler Racing. Yesterday it was at the Pacific Coast Dream Machines show in Half Moon Bay, California – did any of you see it there?
All the seller says is that he’ll give you a parts bike and that he’ll be relisting this with more details and better pictures later, which made me initially hold off on featuring this bike until he updates the listing. Then I figured, what if he manages to sell it before he updates the listing? I figured it was better to just show you what I’ve seen so far. All I can really seem to figure out from the photos is that this bike was raced by Koegler Racing – a quick Google search suggests that they’re still around in Orinda, California but it looks like they’re just selling small items on eBay. One of the smaller pictures in the image below seems to show the bike racing at Daytona, but that’s pretty much all I can see. I’m really looking forward to seeing some better photos of this bike…
