Post Sale Update: This ex-Police Harley sold for $12,600 after 13 bids on eBay.
Claimed to be the former ride of the Chief of SFPD’s Motor Unit, this Police Electra Glide is being offered by the third owner.
This bike (VIN: 2A25770H9) shows 21,826 miles and the seller claims that the motor has never been apart. He also says it’s highly original – the only non-original part is the trunk that was added in which the seller has added a police scanner. The scanner plays through the windshield-mounted speaker but the original Motorola radio will be included in the sale.
Everything is said to work and the seller says it’s a blast to do parades with the sirens and red light going. I’m inclined to believe him.
