To celebrate the 20th anniversary of the Monster, Ducati released limited special editions of the 696, 796, and 1100 EVO. Each bike got a special cosmetic package including the original red livery, 90s style mirrors, and the Ducati font from 1986 on the tank.
The other cosmetic changes are basically gold this and grey that. This bike has is #134 of the 200 and it has has 4,900 miles. The seller estimates he has shaved off about 20 pounds to bring dry weight down to around 350 thanks to a Competition Werkes exhaust, lots of Rizoma parts, a Lithium battery, and the Ducati Performance ECU. The seller boldly claims that due to the intake, chip, and exhaust, this bike puts down approximately 125 horsepower (versus a stock figure of ~100) and 90 pound-feet of torque.
