2-28-21 Update: 9 months later, this Nostalgia is up for sale with a hefty discount. The ask has gone from $95k to $64,500 – find it here on eBay. For context, we had one for sale at Iconic for several months. We let it go for $37,450 including buyer’s fees.
A couple of years ago, I shared a custom based on the BMW RnineT. When it was initially announced, the price was $49,500 (including the donor bike). The first of the limited production series is now up for sale, and the asking price is almost $95,000.

For what it’s worth, I had some hesitation about featuring this bike – I heard a few horror stories from readers who had placed orders initially which prompted me to ask around a bit but eventually owners got their bikes or were refunded so I left it alone. If anyone wants to share their experience with the bike itself, I’d love to hear it in the comments!
Seeing as this bike (VIN: WB10J4309JZ796290) already exists, I would imagine that the next owner could take possession immediately. It has 972 miles and is claimed to be the bike that was shown at Pebble Beach, BMW Motorrad Days, Wheels and Waves, and other well-regarded shows. NMoto has previously said that there was a long waiting list, so I’d think that someone would want to skip ahead in line to snap this up, but maybe they just want to customize their own build to their liking – that’s what supposedly happened with the first of ten 85th Anniversary Limited Edition bikes.
Considering the price and my reservations up above, I’m not really sure if I’m featuring this to make you aware that it’s for sale or just as something to look at and comment about. Either way, find this NMoto for sale in North Miami Beach, Florida with a BIN of $95,000 or best offer here on eBay.
