Puch ended their venerable Magnum line of mopeds with a limited production run of 500 – these were called the LTD or Limited. It was basically a Magnum MKII with special cosmetics and a numbered plaque – this example is #152.
The LTD got a ZA50 engine with oil injection and a 2-speed transmission. Every bike was in the quirky metallic cream color, though the decals were offered in two colorways. This example was used by the seller as a display bike in his retail properties and it’s claimed to be in “amazing condition”. It has the optional rack but not the rare tachometer. The seller seems to be quite the Puch aficionado, as he’s got multiple version of the MkII (including the popular “UPS” model from 1980, affectionately named because of the brown and gold livery. The sale includes the stock turn signals as well as an extra NOS circuit exhaust.
