In 1973, Honda introduced the CB200T, and it was very popular as cheap transportation. Here’s an example that’s survived for nearly 4 decades in a Halloween paint scheme.
The bike didn’t change much over those 4 years, though it did get a disc brake up front in ’75. I’ve always thought this bike made a lot of sense as someone’s first taste of classic motorcycling, though I’ll never understand the padded stripe on the tank – Honda never used that design element on any other bike at the time. Regardless, this example is claimed to be in very good condition with 6,109 miles.
Find this CB200T for sale here on Craigslist for $1,200 in Manitou Beach, Florida.
