Formed in 1968 by Dr. Mario Agrati and Henry Keppel Hesselink, Fantic Motor is best known for off-roaders and mini bikes. One of their many quirky motos was the Sprinter Multispeed, which might be the most “80s” looking two-wheeler I’ve ever seen. This one stands out as it has just 17 miles on the odometer.
The motor is a Minarelli 49cc 2-stroke with a 8.6:1 compression ratio. The 1.5 gallon tank yields just under 200 miles of range, but I suspect that will never come into play with this pristine example. For more on the Sprinter, check out this translated page with plenty of specifications.
The seller says this is “never used” and calls it a “33 years new old stock bike” but I doubt that 27 kilometers were covered just by pushing it around. Despite that, the cosmetics look fantastic and it’s clearly been kept in a proper environment – the paint looks good, the original decals remind you of what this looked like when new, and the seller says everything works perfectly if you want to put miles on it. Unfortunately, it has no documentation but this wasn’t going to go on the road anyway.
