This beautiful Bonnie has been mechanically restored by The Shop, and it’s a complete, numbers matching bike that’s claimed to run without issue.
The bike is being offered by the third owner, but it seems the second owner was the most important in this bike’s (VIN: 66MC51486T120) life. The second owner apparently tried to bring it back to the original cosmetic status after the first owner had modified it – the frame was nickel plated and the paint isn’t an exact match but it’s close to the Alaskan White/Blue that was available in 1963. In addition, the second owner upgraded to a ’67 front end though the original ’63 unit is included with the sale. The tach cable seeps oil and one of the bottom tank mounts in the front is missing but otherwise this bike seems like a winner for someone who wants a presentable rider.
