Post Sale Update: After 37 bids on eBay, this S90 sold for $3,050.
We all know how Abhi feels about the S90. I am somewhere near the same. My best buddy on earth had one back in the day, and I just loved it. It still gives me the warm and fuzzies when I see a picture of one. The S90 has been written up a few times here so I just tend to go right by them when I see them but this one is special. From the Hamilton collection in Apache Junction, Arizona. These bikes tend to be perfect.
The Honda S90 was made from 1964 to 1969 and used an 89.6 CC (5.44 CID) four stroke single cylinder air cooled single overhead cam motor that produced 8 HP. 176 LBS curb weight and a 4 speed transmission produced a top speed of about 65 MPH. Hydraulic suspension and drum brakes fore and aft completed the stylish package.
This particular S90 Honda (VIN # S90-755126) is a direct from Japan import that was owned by the same person for the first 42 years of it’s existence. Listed as a full restoration by Gary Sheckler the current price is $1,000 with reserve not met
