Suzuki’s little bike lineup in the late 60s consisted of the 125cc street-based Stinger, the 120cc off-road Trail Cat, and the dual-purpose 100cc Wolf.
The tiny motor was good for 10 horsepower, and there was an optional “race kit” that’s nearly impossible to find nowadays. In this period ad, Suzuki notes high tech features like “front brake also activates rear brake light” and “solo suspension speedometer for big bike appearance”. Cute.
This example (VIN: 57485) has 4,740 miles and the seller says that everything works though the turn signals take time to activate. The bike was recently serviced with a rebuilt carb, all fluids changed, and lots of new parts: points, condenser, spark plug, air filter, petcock, and battery. The tires are claimed to be original. The main flaw seems to be a missing left sidecover and the lack of a title, which is why this will be sold on a bill of sale.
