The Ace was Hodaka’s first motorcycle, the result of a partnership between Hodaka in Japan and the Pacific Basin Trading Company (Pabatco) of Athena, Oregon. It started off as a 90cc trail bike when introduced in 1964, but by ’68 the Ace was up to 100cc – and for many of you it may have been a first taste of the freedom that motorcycles could provide. This example has been mildly refreshed, though it’s currently in a trail setup. Time to relive your youth!
This bike is said to start and run with “excellent spark & compression”, and the seller says he’s got all the parts required to put it back to the original dual-sport/street legal state.
