In 1964, Bultaco introduced their iconic trials bike, the Sherpa. For the first 8 years, only a 250 was offered, though in ’72 they introduced a 326cc engine and called that the 350.
The Sherpa was very successful in competition, winning multiple UK and European Championships (as well as the World Championship every year between ’75 and ’79). For more on the Sherpa T (though this is about the 250 example), check out this review from Classic Motorbikes.
This Sherpa was fully restored, ridden once, and then had the fluids drained before being put in indoor storage. Find it for sale in Santa Cruz, California for $4,000 here on Craigslist.
