Post Sale Update: This custom Guzzi sold for $8,000 after 44 bids on eBay in Indio, California.
Built with a 850T frame and a T3 engine (with a 955cc big bore kit), this interesting Guzzi custom is claimed to be very reliable and “as fast a stock Le Mans I.”
The seller is Cycle Garden, who has “maintained this bike for 15 years” and notes that both cylinders have 180psi of compression. OTher recent maintenance includes a full service, rebuilt master cylinder and calipers, rebuild transmission, new clutch, and some seals. Upgrades/custom touches include a Stucchi Le Mans tank, aftermarket seat with V& Sport-style flip-up rear fender, Tomaselli clipons, Tarozzi rear sets, and large Bosch rally horns.
