Also known as the Super America, the MV Agusta 800SS was a modified version of the America that was sold just in Germany by the importer Hansen. They added mag wheels, a rear disc brake, and optional Magni pipes to create this rare find. This example stands out as the original owner was Max Moritz, the famous name behind the Porsche/Jagermeister racers of the 70s. Somehow, it has since made its way to the US.
The Super America produced 82 horsepower, thanks to a 790cc engine with 26mm carbs. This example has 5,434 miles and is claimed to be in excellent condition with “great provenance.”
