In 1977 Triumph released 1,000 bikes as part of a limited edition to commemorate the Silver Jubilee (25th anniversary) of Elizabeth’s rise to Queen. You’d think this would be more important in Britain, but all of the bikes were sold in the US.
This particular limited edition was based on the top of the line Bonneville of the time, with the 750cc dual-carbed engine. You’ll also get a 5 speed transmission with the shifter on the left, as well as front and rear disc brakes. This all-original example is #437 and it has just 4,604 miles. It comes with the original tires (not on bike), the bill of sale, and the certificate of ownership (not clear if it’s a one-owner bike). The seller says it works as it should but he’ll have a service done prior to pick up.
