There are countless CB750s out there that have been converted into cafe racers, but I couldn’t help but do a double-take on today’s example, the first bike built by Cafe Fabrications, though it’s being sold by someone else who bought the bike a couple of months ago and seems to be testing the market.
I think 80% of the reason I like this bike is the exhaust, both in the way it wraps around the engine but also in how it exits out of the tail section. Cafe Fabrications has won some shows this bike, and it’s helped them launch a store for custom parts. The company has a post about this bike, which apparently took 13 months to complete, here on their blog if you want to learn more. Or check out this link to see some pre-assembly pictures.
This specific Honda CB750 Cafe Racer has all kinds of one-off parts that would take too long to list. I’ll wuss out and just suggest that you check out the listing for a full list of modifications to this CB750K, but the highlights include the gas tank, tail section, wheels, and exhaust – all of which were custom made in-house by CF.
