Post-Listing Update: This CB1100F was pulled from eBay because “there was an error in the listing.”
Built for just one year, the Honda CB1100F was a sleek looking standard that evolved from the 900F. In the process, it had tremendous performance – in January of ’83, Cycle World said it was the fastest stock bike they’ve ever tested. The 4 cylinder engine produced 108 horsepower, good for a top speed of 139 miles per hour. The US got an optional chin fairing and a slightly different seating position than the rest of the world.
This example has 14,000 miles and is claimed to be mostly original. Some parts like the exhaust, valve cover, rear brake lever, and engine side covers were powdercoated, and the seat has been recovered.
