The seller’s photos aren’t great but the Indiana is an oddball and I’ve never seen a runner offered for so cheap before – this can be yours for less than $1,500.
Before Ducati tried to shake up the world of cruisers with the Diavel/xDiavel, they had a one year experiment called the Indiana. It was actually built by Cagiva with a 43 horsepower, 649cc Ducati Pantah motor, and it had better dynamics compared to the competition thanks to a weight of 453 pounds. That’s not svelte by Ducati standards but it sure is when compared with cruisers of the time period. For more information, check out this excellent article on Motorcycle Classics.
This example is said to be in good running condition with 5,000 miles and a “blue title” – this is apparently Texas speak for “rebuilt.” That would probably explain the missing sidecover on one side and the weird sidecover on the other, as well as the weird exhausts.
