I’ll open by saying I try to avoid listing bikes currently available at dealers, but this is an exception worth sharing. One of the most stunning creations of its time, the Ducati 750 F1 remains one of the most highly sought after bikes in Ducati history. So while you’ll have to pay the dealer premium to get your hands on this example, you might just think it’s worth it.
As Ducati says it,
The F1 is a truly minimalist bike; there is nothing ornamental or unneccessary about it, and its every detail and component conveys this as the essence of a bike.
Only imported between ’88-’89, this was a very limited edition Ducati that is hard to find today. If you’re looking at this now, you probably already know the story.
This specific example stands out because of a well-documented history and relatively low miles.
In addition, it comes with some excellent period extras (Bub 2-1 exhuast) and all original parts, including biposto equipment. Plus, it’s got the “Tricolore” paint job that mimics the Italian flag. Just lovely.
Find it here on Craigslist for $15,995 in Houston, Texas.
