1988 Ducati Paso

Released in 1986 and named after racer Renzo Pasolini, the Ducati Paso was a bike created from odd beginnings. Built during the tumultuous years when Ducati was owned by Cagiva, this bike was designed to compete with the up and coming Japanese superbikes of the time. Designed by the famous Massimo Tamburini, this bike is as enveloped in plastic as it gets. The tire situation on this bike (pre-1991) was very interesting. For a while, the 16 inch front tires were NLA. Only a year ago or so, a company starting making replacements and pretty much has a lock on the market. You can find info on that here.

This Paso is claimed to be fully restored and in mint condition. Find it for sale in Poplar Grove, Illinois for $6,200 here on Craigslist.
