1995 was the last year of the airhead GSPD (Paris Dakar), and BMW named it the Classic. Approximately 70 black examples were brought over that year, and this bike has plenty of life in it with just 37,000 miles on the odometer.
Extras are minimal but they include an Ohlins shock, larger front brake rotor, and high output alternator. There’s also lower foot pegs, higher Corbin seat (solo and dual), and bar risers for comfort. You’ll get the excellent BMW luggage and battery tender plus a large windscreen – this bike is setup to enjoy a long, long tour on dirt or pavement. Note that the speedo ‘bounces a bit at highway speeds’ and the heated grip wiring is cut.
