One of my favorite liveries of all time is the Marlboro McLaren F1s of the early 90s – probably in part due to my obsession with Ayrton Senna. Nowadays, a livery featuring a tobacco company is pretty much out of the question. I don’t even smoke, but I have a soft spot for the cigarette liveries that we will never see anymore…and today we’ve got a beautiful Honda CBR600 F3 Smokin’ Joe’s Replica.
The F3 weighed about 415 pounds and the inline 4 engine yielded 105 horsepower. Built between ’95 and ’98, its incremental upgrades included a modified engine, cartridge forks, and ram-air intake. The Smokin’ Joe’s Replica was only available in the US, Canada, and Australia.
This specific Honda CBR600 F3 Smokin’ Joe’s Replica has 21,700 miles and is #83 of the limited number that were built. It seems to be stock, with the exception of the Yoshimura pipe. I’ve got to say, it looks great for the age and miles, and I love the purple/yellow wheels.
