I’m featuring this scoot for two reasons. First, it’s hard not to appreciate the engineering required to build a vehicle that folds up into a bag. Second, the delightfully 90s website is worth checking out.
A product of Italy, the Di Blasi express is marketed towards travelers who need a deployable scoot when they arrive at their destination – private pilots, boat owners, and RV drivers. It has a capacity of 320 pounds and can apparently fit someone up to 6 and a half feet tall. It gets about 100 miles per gallon and can hit up to 30 miles per hour.
This example has “low” miles and is offered with a title. The only issue is that the spark plug has been cross threaded.
Find this Di Blasi for sale in Minneapolis, Minnesota for $1,100 here on Facebook Marketplace.
