The Honda Rune made a huge splash back in 2004, as Honda brought to market a bike that no one believed would ever make it past concept. Just look at it! I’m still stunned that Honda released this bike, and I’m in love with the rear fender. Though all visual indicators give the impression that this bike is heavily raked and would be a handle to deal with, Honda’s engineers were able to make it quite manageable despite the 750+ pound weight.
This specific Rune (VIN: 1HFSC53K34A000011) is #11 of the production run and is adorned in a beautiful “Illusion Blue” paint job. It’s in great shape with the exception of two small scratches on the rear fender, and it comes with extended handlebars, the full chrome package, and the original collector’s book – only provided with the 2004 model year.
