Today on the auction site we’ve got a low mileage (92 miles) example of a very special MV. Mark Hoyer from Cycle World focused on the model name, noting “If the designer put his name on it, it must be good.” He wasn’t wrong.
The Tamburini was one of many special editions of the F4, but it stands out as a limited edition (300 examples) from the first year that the F4 became a 1000. This example (VIN: ZCGF511AB5V000269) is still on the original MSO – it was originally sold to famed MV collector Gary Kohs, and the original invoice is included in the sale.
Unlike most low mileage collectibles, this bike has been kept in running condition, as shown in this video:
So if you want to just put it on display or take a hit in value and ride it like Massimo intended, this bike will have you covered either way. Find this F4 Tamburini for sale here on Iconic Motorbike Auctions Powered by Bike-urious with bidding up to $24,000 and the reserve not yet met in Marina del Rey, California.
