One of the best parts of running this site is discovering bikes I had never even heard about before. Reader Jim R. comes through with yet another one with this Ural Troyka, a variant of the tourist that gives a little more luxury with telescopic forks and a “deluxe sidecar” designed to provide “the utmost of comfort…on unhurried scenic rides”, if you’re to believe Ural. Troyka is the Russian word for 3-horse carriage, which is cute on a 3-wheel bike. It makes 40 horsepower and weighs 739 pounds dry – thanks to this, recommended max speed is 65 mph (hence, “unhurried”). This example is a lovely maroon and black paint scheme with just 5,500 miles. It comes with a 2013 bench seat as well as the origial solo seat, windshield, new tires, and bigger carb jets. Find this Ural Troyka for sale here on Craigslist in Mead, Washington for $6,800.
