After years of trying to make fast track weapons, Bimota switched things around with the DB5. They started with “just” the 92 horsepower Ducati air-cooled twin and instead just built a more exclusive Italian sport bike for street enjoyment.
It weighs just 343 pounds and the trellis frame was paired with Ohlins suspension and Brembo brakes. MSRP was a hefty $39,800. It might be heresey to say this but I think this is actually one of the uglier Bimotas ever built. Still, you’re not going to see one of these on your usual group ride or bike night.
This example has just 418 miles and a few extras, including CRG levers, Speedy Moto covers for the clutch and timing belt, Rizoma mirror, and a custom exhaust with titanium mufflers. Find this DB5 for sale in Beverly Hills, California for $15,995 here at Beverly Hills Motorcycles.
