Post Sale Update: This Bonnie sold for $4,350 after 20 bids on eBay in Ann Arbor, Michigan.
The T100 generation of the Bonneville was notable for the way it blended classic styling with modern tech – the best example of which is the fuel injection system that was specifically designed to look like carbs. Triumph sold a boatload of them, so I typically just feature special editions, but this one stands out thanks to a series of nice-but-not-extreme modifications.
Basic specs of the T100 are 67 horsepower, 52 lb-ft, ~50 mpg, and a curb weight of 451 pounds. It was unchanged from the 2005 model, and if you need a refresher on what it’s like to ride then you can check out this review on Motorcyclist.
This example (VIN: SMT910K156J271022) is equipped with several Norman Hyde parts: stainless steel headers, Western bars, and aluminum high-flow intake bellmouth. It’s also got a Triumph TOR (Triumph Off-Road) exhaust, chrome chain guard, and chrome cam covers, as well. There’s a couple of minor issues and the bike has some scratches from “a no-speed tip-over that happened last year, left side,” but overall it looks like it would make for a nice rider.
