2007 Buell Lightning Super TT

In America, Sport by Abhi1 Comment

For just two years and 1,700 units, Buell channeled the supermoto feel and created the XB12STT, a tweaked version of their Lightning streetfighter. It was also known as the Buell Lightning Super TT. Those of you with off-road backgrounds will feel instantly comfortable once you hop on the narrow single seat of the Super TT.

Buell Lightning Super TT - Engine

With the 1203cc Thunderstorm V-Twin pushing out 100 horsepower, this bike was capable of 133 miles per hour and tons of smiles. Differences from the Lightning included a long travel suspension, extended swingarm, 6 spoke wheels, supermoto-style front fender, crossbar handlebars, and the rear side panels.

Buell Lightning Super TT - Front Right

This specific Super TT has 9,800 miles on it and is being offered by the second owner, who notes that the bike also comes with passenger pegs and a new seat. He/she says the bike is in great shape but it barely gets any use any more as the seller has stopped commuting.

Find this XB12STT for sale in Oakwood Hills, Illinois for $5,000 here on Craigslist.
