2008 Aprilia RSV1000R Factory

Aprilia updated their liter bike in 2004 with the RSV1000R, and it was perfect for riders who demanded a rare, street-legal track weapon. A “Factory” version was also available, and it stood out with carbon fiber bodywork, fully adjustable Ohlins suspension, and forged aluminum wheels. Though it was exquisite, fast, and beautiful, it did not sell as well as it should have.

The 998cc motor produced 143 horsepower while returning just over 35 miles per gallon. In 2006, it won the Masterbike competition. For more on the Factory, check out this review from MCN.

This example (VIN: ZD4RRTR098S000990) has 5,500 miles and it’s said to be in mint condition with the exception of some minor scuff marks. It has a LoJack and K2 radar/laser detector. It has an aftermarket exhaust that I cannot identify and it comes with the rear cowl, as well.
