Equipped with an absurd amount of Ducati Performance and aftermarket parts, this is a well-modified example of the final air-cooled generation of Monsters.
For more on the 2009 Monster, check out this review on MCN. They note that “the big capacity Monster range was, after 15 years, in desperate need of an update. The result was the best air-cooled Monster ever…”
This Monster was recently serviced with new belts, spark plugs, filters, and more. Highlights of the work include several Ducati Performance carbon fiber parts, the optional Ducati Monster Art tank cover (Imola ’72), custom tail section, Kineo wheels, Motodemic headlight, and Competition Werkes exhaust – and that all complements the factory upgrade of Ohlins suspension for the 1100S (vs. Showa units on the base model).
