The second mass production run of the F4, the MV Agusta F4 1000R was released in 2006 – when it set a record for fastest production 1000cc bike at the Bonneville Salt Flats at 185.882 mph. It then enjoyed a refresh for 2010.
The 2010 F4 got a 186 horsepower, 998cc engine to complement a 22 pound weight reduction, traction control, and of course – the beautiful bodywork. You got upgraded Brembo Monobloc radial brakes, Brembo wheels, Marzocchi USD forks and an upgraded Sachs rear shock absorber. In addition, 2010 was the only year where MV Agusta offered the gloss black/matte black paint scheme.
This specific MV Agusta F4 1000R is a one-owner bike with 9,599 miles. Almost entirely stock, it has some minor upgrades and black powder coated parts to match the paint job. I’m told the seller is looking to buy a touring bike with the proceeds and ride cross country – so support his pursuit and get yourself a stunning exotic Italian!
