You guys and gals all know by now that I absolutely love my Kramer track bike, and I think everyone else should have them, too.
The one-sentence summary is that the “S” is for track days while the “R” is for racing. It shares the frame, bodywork, engine (KTM 690cc single producing 80 horsepower) and tank with the higher-spec R model, but other components aren’t as nice due to a $7k price delta. Big differences include a single rotor up front (vs. two), cheaper WP suspension, cast aluminum wheels (vs. forged Dymags), and a cheaper dash.
This example has less than 25 hours and the seller says that he had the oil/filters changed after every two track days. The sale includes the maintenance manual and several spare parts. The seller says it “also includes two db reduction inserts for Laguna for mid pipe” and full disclosure – I left him a message asking him if he’d sell me them, haha.
