The Aprilia Bol D’Or was a very limited production bike built to commemorate Aprilia’s participation in the Bol D’Or, a 24 hour endurance race that occurs every spring at Le Mans. Normally we get special edition to honor a victory as opposed to just participating, but I’ll take the excuse for a bike that combine performance, exclusivity, and a dash of purple…
Stock from the factory, this Aprilia Bol D’Or came well equipped, with Olhins front forks, a slipper clutch, Brembo calipers, and of course, the exclusive paint job – just 200 examples of the Bol D’Or were built between over a two year period.
This example has just 23 miles and is a one-owner bike that was acquired in 2011. All fluids were changed annually and it’s just been sitting in storage, apparently collecting show awards. It’s equipped with a Euro fender (no reflectors), Arrow titanium slipons, Aprilia carbon fiber upgrades, and plenty of OEM spares. The seller says this is #75 of 200.
