This isn’t really a bike I think you should put in your own garage. Rather it’s catharsis for those of you that have emotional trauma from trying to sell a bike on Craigslist…
Selling a bike on Craigslist (or just in general) can be frustrating, and it seems like this seller has plenty of experience with it, which is why his listing basically starts with:
“It’s a $300 motorcycle. What do you expect…?
… oh. That’s right. If trying to sell a $500 motorcycle is any indication, you expect it to work perfectly and need nothing.”
and essentially ends with:
“If you see this and think, “Uh… awesome. Those old ‘Wings are tanks. Just the title is worth $300 on one of these things, so I’ll deal with dude’s ‘tude, and who even cares about the bike?” email me. I’m not this much of an asshole in real life, I promise.
If you see this and think, “I bet he’d come down to $200…” … get fucked.”
There’s a whole lot of joy in between, too. Enjoy – you can find this GW here on Craigslist for $300 in Richmond, Virginia.
