The T100 generation of the Bonneville was notable for the way it blended classic styling with modern tech – the best example of which is the fuel injection system that was specifically designed to look like carbs just kidding – as noted by Gee S, that didn’t happen for a few more years! Triumph sold a boatload of them, so I typically just feature special editions, but this one stands as it’s got just 325 miles and it’s waiting for someone to bring it back to life.
Basic specs of the T100 are 67 horsepower, 52 lb-ft, ~50 mpg, and a curb weight of 451 pounds. It was unchanged from the 2005 model, and if you need a refresher on what it’s like to ride then you can check out this review on Motorcyclist.
This example (VIN: SMT910K185J228857) was “found sitting in a large collection estate of vintage cars and motorcycles.” The seller hooked up a battery to show that the electrics work and the motor turns over but the tank will probably need to be cleaned and the bike will obviously need a general recommissioning. The seller is listing it as a non-running project but I don’t think this is going to need much before it’s road ready again and you can add a whole bunch of digits to that odometer.
