45 Miles – 1976 Indian MI-175

In America, Dual-Sport by AbhiLeave a Comment

With a single-cylinder two stroke 171cc engine, the MI-175 was one of many Indian dirt bikes built in the 70s as an attempt to keep the Indian name alive. Floyd Clymer (and later on, his attorney Alan Newman) took the Indian name and sold bikes either made by Italjet or made by a Indian-owned plant in Taipei. This example has just 45 miles and is claimed to still be like new – though you have to wonder what will need replacing after it’s sat for such a long time. Find it for sale here in Blairsville, Pennsylvania for $4,295 here on Craigslist.
