The seller claims this is the “finest unrestored, untouched, original 1963 Triumph Bonneville motorcycle in the world.” It’s a bold claim, but I don’t have any proof to the contrary…
Everything is claimed to be original – the only flaws are some tiny scratches on the rear fender and some small corrosion on the rear wheel. Just like you’d expect from a salesman, these are presented as evidence of originality as opposed to detracting from the appearance. But I’m being overly cynical – this is an absolute beauty. With that said, with so few miles on it, is anyone going to want to ride it around, or is it doomed to spend its life in static display at a museum or in a private collection?
If you know anything about me by now, it’s that I think no bike is too pristine to not ride. (How’s that for a triple negative?) Save this beautiful Bonnie and get it back on the roads! Find it for sale in Eugene, Oregon with bidding up to $8,900 and the reserve not yet met
