Post Sale Update: This CB sold for $7,000 after 22 bids on eBay in Waukesha, Wisconsin.
The original owner of this CB400F acquired it for his wife, who enjoyed it for one season. At the start of the next riding season, the carbs needed to be cleaned, so the couple decided to park the Honda and ride their other bikes. During that time, the bike was stored properly, but the mileage did not change. The current seller recently acquired it, fixed up the carbs, and now this bike is ready to ride!
Everything is said to be original on this machine except for the o-rings on the main jets and on the float valve seat. There’s also new leads on ground wires under the seat and a small chip in the paint of the tank. It’s a highly original machine that comes with the owner’s manual and a sales brochure.
