Bonhams follows up their impressive Vegas offerings with an auction in Paris on February 4th. Come check out what’s on the block – it’s chock full of little Italian jewels…and one of the coolest custom Honda’s I’ve ever seen!

Per usual, here’s a list of all the bikes…or read on for a few of my favorites.

1980 Bimota SB2 – Less than 140 SB2s were built in total, just 30 of which were in 1980. You got a 743cc Suzuki GS750 engine, bumped up to 850cc with Yoshimura pistons – this was good for 78 horsepower and a top speed of 135 miles per hour. This was one of the first streetbikes with a monoshock and it had adjustable steering geometry. This example was last ridden in the 80s. Estimated to sell between $23,000-$27,000.

2003 Moto Guzzi Nevada Custom – It’s Guzzi Nevada, but it’s been turned into a tribute to the Fiat Topolino by Oscar Tasso. For more information, check out this article on Utah Cafe Racer. Estimated to sell between $20,000-$24,000.

1990 Harley-Davidson “Rocket” Custom – this bike was a 2nd in-class winner at the 2014 AMD World Championship of Custom Bike Building. The builder, Fernando Clot, has won the World Championship twice before. Estimated to sell between $20,000-$24,000.

2002 Honda RC51 Custom by Praem – this incredible custom is called the Praem SP3, named as it was based on the SP2 generation of Honda’s RC51. The frame geometry was unaltered, but Praem threw on Rotobox carbon-fiber wheels, Brembo brakes with Sicom carbon-ceramic discs, Ohlins suspension, a limited edition TAG Heuer watch integrated into the fuel tank, and some interesting bodywork that includes fairings made out of stainless steel wiring. For more information and photos on this build, check out this article on Asphalt and Rubber. Estimated to sell between $100,000-$160,000.

1972 Honda CB500R Factory Racer – a 650cc race bike based on the CB500, this is one of two factory built examples designed to compete in the “All Japan Championship.” Note that it was not built by RSC (Honda’s racing department at the time) but instead their Research and Development team. It produced 80 horsepower and weighed 304 pounds. Estimated to sell between $110,000-$150,000.

1954 MV Agusta Disco Volante – one of the greatest nicknames ever, Disco Volante is Italian for Flying Saucer, a name given to the distinctive top-down profile of the gas tank. This example is a museum piece and was last used in the 80s. It was also restored in that decade by an ex-MV factory test rider. Estimated to sell between $12,000-$18,000.

1982 Laverda Mirage – the bigger, kinder Jota. The Mirage was designed by British importer Slater Brothers. Starting with the standard 1,200cc Laverda motor of the time, this bike got an upgraded exhaust and cams. Estimated to sell between $6,100-$7,600, no reserve.
