This list will only include listings from eBay (or other auction sites). I unfortunately have no way of finding out final sale prices of bikes offered on Craigslist/Cycle Trader/Kijiji/etc. With that said, here are some highlights from last month:
Restored – 1973 Kawasaki Z1 – sold for $23,000 after 51 bids on eBay in Auburn, Washington.
Ending Soon – 1991 Yamaha XT600E Supermoto – sold for $3,545 after 16 bids on eBay in Columbia, Maryland.
1954 Matchless G80S – sold for $11,750 after 38 bids on Bring a Trailer in Nashville, Tennessee.
1974 Honda XL350 – sold for $2,250 after 7 bids on eBay in Flushing, Michigan.
1983 Honda CX650 Turbo – sold for $4,600 after 2 bids on eBay in San Diego, California.
1961 Zweirad Union Victoria Type 115 – sold for $8,600 after 25 bids on eBay in West Palm Beach, Florida.
1 of 50 – 1998 Magni Australia 98 – sold for $24,000 after 48 bids on eBay in Galena, Illinois.
1959 BMW R69 – sold for $13,801.02 after 31 bids on eBay in Polk City, Florida.
1986 Yamaha V-Max – sold for the BIN of $3,500 in Miami, Florida.
SN #1 – 1998 Bimota Mantra DB3 – sold for $5,045 after 22 bids on eBay in Bradenton, Florida.
2,750 Miles – 1968 Harley-Davidson Electra Glide – sold for $27,400 after 68 bids on eBay in Jensen Beach, Florida.
No Reserve – 1975 Honda CB360T – sold for $2,050 after 35 bids on eBay in Menasha, Wisconsin.
1973 Honda CR250 Elsinore – sold for $5,000 after 46 bids on eBay in Auburn, Washington.
Ending Soon – 2005 BMW K1200S – sold for the opening bid of $7,000 in Plymouth Meeting, Pennsylvania.
1980 Kawasaki KZ1000 MkII – sold for $16,300 after 23 bids on eBay in Manassas, Virginia…to reader Don P!
1989 Honda GB500 TT – sold for $5,500 after 13 bids on eBay in Fullerton, California.
Here’s some stuff that didn’t sell:
1.7 Miles from Rick Brett – 1975 Kawasaki H2C 750 – did not meet reserve despite $37,600 after 55 bids on eBay in Traverse City, Michigan.
1966 Matchless G15CSR – did not meet reserve despite 32 bids up to $8,200 on eBay in Willington, Connecticut.
1 of 5 – Venier Customs “Diabola” Moto Guzzi V65C – this had an asking price of $18,995 on Craigslist, but when it was put up on eBay it got 20 bids up to just $5,500 and the reserve was not met in Orlando, Florida.
1994 Honda CB1000 – did not meet reserve despite 26 bids up to $3,035 on eBay in Sturgeon Bay, Wisconsin.
On Any Sunday – 1974 Honda CR250M Elsinore – did not meet reserve despite 15 bids up to $6,088.91 in Sarver, Pennsylvania.
1971 OSSA Pioneer 250 – did not meet reserve with 12 bids up to $1,875 on eBay in Bluffton, South Carolina.
1982 Honda FT500 Ascot – did not meet reserve despite 5 bids up to $1,202 on eBay in Lexington, Kentucky.
TR7T-Inspired – 1978 Triumph T140E Custom – did not get any interest at the opening bid of $5,000.
Classic Hot Rod – 1969 BMW R60/2 – did not meet reserve despite 33 bids up to $7,700 in Edmonton, Alberta, Canada on eBay.
1966 Triumph Thunderbird – did not meet reserve despite 4 bids up to $3,100 in Mount Kisco, New York.
Restored – 1969 Kawasaki H1 Mach III – did not meet reserve despite 7 bids up to $13,990 on eBay in Hawthorne, California.
