Like I said, last year’s survey results were very much appreciated, and they led to the following:
– site redesign (remember what it used to look like)?
– improved search functionality
– a new category of bikes for less than $5,000 (still working on this, I know!)
– encouraging more comments with the Commenter of the Month Award
– posts beyond bikes for sale
