Congratulations to reader Rudolf E, who bought a previously-featured Rickman Metisse Street Scrambler after it initially failed to meet reserve on eBay!
Rudolf is based out of Europe and it took approximately 4 weeks for the bike to make it over to him. But it’s finally arrived, and he says he’s very happy with it.
The bike gets loaded up in the US.
In his words, “I was in the market for a superlight special framed single cylinder bike. I had been looking at an Egli Red Falcon in Europe but that turned out to be too molested. Then the Rickman BSA came along on Bike-urious and I moved quickly.
I liked your phrase, “The original supermoto”. It was very catchy and somehow sold me on the bike. Usually I am more into street bikes.”
