Back in the 60’s and 70’s you could order motorcycles from the major department stores, like Sears and Montgomery Wards. Generally, the bikes were rebadged small-displacement singles sourced from Europe. One such example is this Puch Sabre, a 50cc tiddler sold by Sears Roebuck. Here is a page from an old catalog:
The Sabre was a 50cc 2-stroke rated at approximately 5hp, and good for all of 50mph.
This one on offer has been sitting awhile and is claimed to be a runner. You could freshen it up and run it as a survivor, or go for the total restoration in which case it could look like this:
