Ok, it’s not really a cafe, even if Suzuki marketed it that way when they introduced it. The only difference between this and the regular GS450ET was the addition of the front fairing. Still, here’s an affordable classic bike that looks to be in good condition.
The GS450 was capable of 100 miles per hour thanks to 38 horsepower and a dry weight of 386 pounds. For more on the GS450, check out this article from Motorcycle Classics, who called it a 400 on steroids (and a bike that they think will be a future classic).
This example has just over 6,000 miles and is claimed to be all original with the exception of the rear rack, which is removable. Find this Suzuki GS450ST for sale here on Craigslist in Thornton, Colorado for $2,800.
